Held on three Thursdays evenings
(January 26, February 23 and March 22)
this workshop teaches participants about
emergency preparedness. Learn what to do
in case of a school or workplace
shooting or a terrorist attack. In
addition, learn how to create an
emergency kit and recognize the signs of
a medical emergency in order to help
victims until trained personnel arrive.

Meet the Authors: Howard Hunter &
Kenneth Williams
Two local authors will visit
Prosser. Howard Hunter, a
Bloomfield resident and author of
Tenure, will discuss his memoir,
which brings a message of hope and hard
work to inspire today's youth.
Kenneth Williams, author of the
novel Red Tail Heart, will
discuss his first novel, a story about a
decorated Tuskegee airman. Registration

Our Wintonbury Branch adult literacy program
